Beautiful people making people feel beautiful — that’s the Med 1 Aesthetics magic! I’m finally writing the review I should have written years ago! I still remember walking past Med 1 Aesthetics (back around 2017, I think) on my way to go tanning and wondering what they were about — how much it would cost, what they did, and if it was “for me.” At that time, I was feeling down, tired, and not myself. One day I saw a sign about Vitamin B shots, did a little research, and finally got the nerve to walk in. That’s when I met Dr. O’Neill (Dr. Tromble at the time) — beautiful inside and out — who made me feel like I had known her forever. She treated me with kindness and warmth, and I instantly felt comfortable. Before I knew it, I started HRT with her, and it completely changed my life. She made me feel like me again — energetic, confident, and no longer buried in that fog of fatigue and self-doubt. Then came COVID — gyms closed, life turned upside down — and I developed Trigeminal Neuralgia and cluster migraines, which hit me hard. The medication caused weight gain and more frustration. But once again, Dr. O’Neill and her amazing team were there for me. They helped me find creative ways to manage my migraines (including my “cheater Botox” — my little secret weapon!) and supported me in getting my confidence back. Everyone there truly makes you feel like part of their family. Peggy is my go-to miracle worker — not only for my “cheater” Botox around the nose for my Trigeminal that insurance won’t pay for; but for answering my endless questions (and we laugh through the entire appointment every time!). Mary is incredible with facials — thanks to her, I found my daily facial cream that even the Dermatology Dept. I support asked about even though they sell that line of product – just not that one! Thank you, Mary! 😊 Derrian and Heidi are the absolute best at keeping me organized with appointments and reminders — you two rock! And of course, I can’t forget Mike, who pushed me in those early days when I didn’t feel like working out. To Dr. O’Neill and the entire Med 1 Aesthetics team — thank you for everything you’ve done for me over the years. You’ve not only helped me look better but feel better. My nurse/injector, Peggy Burns was so great. I highly recommend her! She listened to me and gave me the desired look I wanted for my lips. I wanted a lip refresh..only half syringe of filler. She made the process pain-free and was incredibly sweet, making sure I had as minimal swelling and bruising as possible. (I am prone to bruising.) The studio was calming, beautiful, and quiet. Recommending Med1 Aesthetics to all my friends- definitely the place to go in Ann Arbor! Also, I really think the pricing is fair..did not over pay like at a lot of med spas in the area.💋

This was my first time here and first time getting Botox and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dr. O’Neill was so warm and welcoming and immediately made me feel at ease. She really took her time talking with me, which I appreciated. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional yet down to earth and super sweet. A great all around experience! I will definitely be returning!

Dr. O’Neil is absolutely incredible, I feel so fortunate to have found her. She is warm and welcoming and beyond kind. She takes her time to listen and share her knowledge to thoughtfully advise you. I felt no pressure on me to do anything. I left the office feeling lifted up - she just knows how to make a person feel good, what a gift she has! And the treatment I received was flawless.
